St. Louis BBQ at its finest
Do you love BBQ? My teenage son has taken over the barbecue duties from my husband. If there something is dos not know who to cook he just pulls up a YouTube video. What is your favorite type of meat to barbecue on the grill or even smoke? Do you know about the BBQ festival coming up in St. Louis –Q in the Lou. There will be 18,000 pounds of meat that will be smoked. Live music will also be enjoyed by all as well. This bbq festival will be September 29,30 and October 1 in Kiener Plaza.
There will be masterclasses that will be taught by legendary pit-masters. In these classes, they will teach you how to make at home various meats such as: Pork shoulder, porchetta, Briskett, St. Louis Style ribs, and Southern style chicken.
