Are you looking to make some money? Are you needing to make a lot of money? There are so many ways to make money. I want to talk about 2 different ways. A person could choose to have a blog. Or a person could choose to have a business while in the presence of their own homes such as Pampered Chef, Thirty One, Avon or many others. What you choose could be because of what type of person you are an introvert or extrovert? Maybe you are a person that stays home mainly and could be busy with the kids. Or you could be a person that is very outgoing. I am going to give you some characteristics of having a blog or having a direct selling business (work at home/party).
Choosing to Have a Blog
One must have a little writing capability along with creative skills to make an image for each post.
One must have some persuasion skills to be able to sell various products from your affiliates
A blogger can be working at any time while the kids are asleep. Or can schedule many posts or tweets out way in advance on a scheduling app.
A blogger may not have to schedule or write a post for a week if they choose not to. Some bloggers can write and schedule out many posts out in advance.
A person with a blog may not have to get out of the house to do their work.
There is no required amount of money that you have to make only the amount you choose. The more you work at your blog then possibly more money you can make.
A blog can be started with a small amount of money like your host, domain which are the main things you may need.
A blog can be a tremendous amount of work depending on how much you want to put into it.
Sometimes finding the right audience to read your blog can be tough.
Making money from a blog does not always happen right away.
Choosing to have a Direct Selling business (party or work at home)
I have recently thought about going into a direct selling business to make more money. I have a job working nights and I have my blog. I wanted to make more. I see other people doing well. I saw a good deal for the start-up cost for a business recently which made me think. I have thought about Pampered Chef in the past, it is pricey for start-up costs and the products are pricey but have a lifetime guarantee. I thought about Pampered chef because I love to cook. I thought about Thirty-One recently because of fo a special they have now. The more I think about it I don’t think it would fit. There are a number of people selling already around here. I am not sure I could make the minimum required.
Some direct selling businesses require or may help if you do parties in a host home.
If you have to parties in a person’s home then you might want to be an outgoing person.
Some direct selling businesses require that you make a certain amount of money each month or each quarter.
These businesses most likely require you pay for your website and the catalogs each month or each season that you pass out.
The start up cost for this kind of business can sometimes be pricey, which I have seen around $100 or so depending on the business.
A direct selling business can be how much ever work you want to put into it depending if you want a part-time income or full-time income.
Now it is time for you to think what you want to do extra to make money. Maybe you have a blog already and thinking about making more money with a side business. Would you have the time to write a blog or promote a business? How busy is your home life with your family? If you have a toddler, you might not always have time to be away from to be on the computer. Or if you have many kids with multiple ages it might hard to do a business that requires being out of the home with parties because you are busy with sports or activities. What is your goal with the money you want to make?
Good Luck with you choose
