This year I really need to get better with meal planning. Also along with that will be keeping track of what we had when. My son will ask when did we have it that last? My days get mixed up with me working the night shift.
Sunday night — Chili
Monday — Ham steak, shells and cheese, sweet potato for the husband and corn bread muffins
Tuesday — Cheeseburgers, fries, mac and cheese. I will take left over mac and cheese with me to work that night.
Wednesday — Pork chops
Thursday —Bacon wrapped Pork Tenderloin in crockpot
Friday — Stuffed Shells
Saturday —Beef enchiladas
